ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the respondent, after a considerable delay, has entered appearance before the trial Court but has not been cooperating for the progress of trial proceedings. It is further stated that though the matter was referred to mediation, the petitioner/wife has not extended cooperation for early disposal of the case.

2. Considering the above facts and in the interest of expeditious disposal, this Court is inclined to issue appropriate directions. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both parties, including the respondent, are directed to extend full cooperation for the smooth conduct of trial proceedings without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

3. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
