Order This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the landlord/revision petitioner seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the petition in RLTOP No.1 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kotagiri.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the respondent/tenant has not paid rent and the suit has been instituted for appropriate reliefs. It is further submitted that the revision petitioner is aged about 62 years, and therefore seeks early disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the nature of the landlord-tenant dispute, the pendency of the suit, and the advanced age of the revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction for speedy disposal. Accordingly, (i) the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the petition in RLTOP No.1 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(ii) The parties shall extend their full cooperation for early disposal of the suit and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
