Heard Mr.C.T.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction of the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 09.07.2014. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given a representation to the respondent bank to furnish his account details since certain debits are incorrect.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent bank submitted that already a writ petition is pending before this Court in W.P.No.29908 of 2012 and there are several other transactions.

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits and contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to intimate the petitioner the present state of affairs, so as to enable the petitioner to work out his remedy, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
