C.M.P.No.10766 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 727 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent R.Ramasamy in C.R.P.No.1137 of 2009; C.M.P.No.10770 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Ramasamy; and C.M.P.No.10773 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the respondents 17 to 21 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Ramasamy in the C.R.P.

2. Notice has been taken on the respondents. They have been served.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three C.M.Ps. are ordered. 20.11.2024 kj (3/6) Note:The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the revision.
