ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to release the vehicle Eicher Van bearing Registration No.TN 39 P 2455 seized in connection with Crime No.169/2015 by the 2nd respondent on 14.07.2015 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the 1st respondent has also passed a final order dated 19.11.2015 granting interim custody of the subject vehicle to the petitioner; hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has become infructuous; that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has to work out his remedy by way of appeal before the appropriate forum within thirty day from the date of receipt of the order copy. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the order passed by the 1st respondent. 3.Hence, considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
