2. The petitioner had filed a petition as against the respondent before the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal, in R.E.P.No.66 of 2018 in L.A.O.P.No.50 of 2006. Since the same has been not considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal, is directed to dispose of the petition in R.E.P.No.66 of 2018 in L.A.O.P.No.50 of 2006, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
