Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, relating to petitioner's wife detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 04.09.2020 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings in D.O.No.93/2020-C2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the said petitioner's wife namely Revathi, wife of Pawnkumar, aged 30 years before this Court and set the petitioner's wife at liberty from detention, now petitioner's wife detained at Special Prison for Women, Vellore.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in D.O.No.93/2020-C2 on 04.09.2020, detaining his wife as "Bootlegger" under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.4404, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 16.10.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
