This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent Police everyday except Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.4822 of 2023 on 03.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
