JUDGMENT

It is seen that this matter is being continuously adjourned at request of the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal.

Further, when the matter came up before this court on 09.09.2025, it was reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that he could not get any instructions from the parties and sought time. Therefore this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants and to list the matter on 09.09.2025 under the caption " for dismissal". Even today (09.09.2025), despite the matter is being listed under the caption for dismissal and names of the appellants are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellants. 2/4

Therefore, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
