C.M.P.No.10891 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 911 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent R.Ramasamy in S.A.No.175 of 2004; C.M.P.No.10899 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Ramasamy; and C.M.P.No.10902 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the respondents 14 to 18 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Ramasamy in the Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three C.M.Ps. are ordered. 20.11.2024 kj (2/6) Note:The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.
