The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to survey the land in respect of the land in Survey Nos. 138/2A, 138/2C, 138/2B, 138/2D, 57/1A, 56/3, 56/1B at Vepanatham Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to provide adequate security for the purpose of survey within the time-frame fixed by this Court. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representations dated 23.12.2021 and 04.05.2022 to the respondents seeking to survey the subject property and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.2021 and 04.05.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.2021 and 04.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders after providing an opportunity to the petitioner and aggrieved persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
