This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thuraipakkam Police Station, Everyday at 6.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8796 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
