Respondents Prayer .: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to initiate appropriate action against the 2nd respondent and direct the 2nd respondent to settle the insurance amount due to the agriculturists of Sirkazhi Taluk and more particularly to the petitioners as the 2nd respondent had collected the insurance amount for the Fasli year 2011-12 from agriculturists of Sirkazhi Taluk including the petitioners.
