Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10879 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before investigating officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
