Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 11.09.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter party if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
