Admittedly, the father of the writ petitioner was dismissed from service and the writ petition challenging the order of dismissal is pending in W.P.No.1835 of 2012.

will not arise at all. The writ petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy after the disposal of the writ petition No.1835 of 2012. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. However, no order as to costs.
