The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint in both the cases are still pending.

2. The affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The Commissioner of Police is hereby directed to hold an enquiry as to the averments made by the petitioner herein that whether the Investigation Officer has taken a sum of Rs.50,000/-in the name of the enquiry and to take an appropriate action if the counsel is correct.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
