The petitioner made two representations seeking for a direction to the Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments to take appropriate action by conducting Kumbabishekam by itself. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
