Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for entire records pertaining to impugned Charge Memo Rc.No.556/2009/E2 dated 30.12.2009 and the proceedings Na.Ka.684/2009/Pa.Tho.2(1) dated 31.3.10 pertaining to reservation of relieved from service without prejudice to the disciplinary action and withholding the retirement benefits issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner on his retirement i.e. 31.03.2010 with interest from the date of the petitioner retirement till the date of payment to the petitioner.
