O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC, seeking for a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the complaint dated 02.07.2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. A reading of the complaint dated 02.07.2014 discloses that the petitioner entered into an agreement of sale with one Dhakshinavathi Ammal on 17.04.2013 and paid some advance and thereafter, the said Dhakshinavathi Ammal refused to execute the sale deed and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner issued notice calling upon the said Dhakshinavathi Ammal to execute the sale deed. Nevertheless the said Dhakshinavathi Ammal executed the sale deed in favour of Usha Chandrasekaran in respect of the very same property, which was agreed to be sold to the petitioner and therefore, prays for a direction to register F.I.R against the said Dhakshinavathi Ammal.

4. According to me, the contents of the complaint would reveal only civil transaction and no criminal offence is made out. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
