3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.08.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.50 of 2016 and the same was closed on 13.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
