The petitioner made a representation on 31.08.2015 to the respondent stating that 50% of reservation has to be followed in filling the medical seats in Government Colleges and accordingly, the eligible candidates have to be allotted seats. Seeking a direction to that effect, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
