W.M.P.No.23226 of 2021 in W.P.No.22006 of 2021 MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR, J This miscellaneous petition has been filed to stay the operation of the order of punishment of compulsory retirement made on 06.01.2017 by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.CNC/DAC/37/E37/2017 as confirmed by the Appellate Authority in his proceedings dated 10.10.2017 which again stood re-affirmed by the 4th respondent dated 28.04.2020.

2. Since the main Writ Petition itself being taken up for final disposal, no further orders need be passed in this miscellaneous petition, at this stage and hence, the same stands closed.
