This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9694 of 2023 on 05.05.2023 to stay at Thammampatti and report before the Inspector of Police, Thammampatti Police Station, Attur Taluk, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
