O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2017.

2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. While disposing of the said representation, the respondent shall afford an opportunity to the persons, whoever may be interested in the issue involved in the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
