This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2016, in CSR No.210/2016 dated 02.07.2016 as against the accused Mr.Hriday Ravindranath, Mrs.Anjana Ravindranath and Mr.Ravindranath Vasudev and file its final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Thuraipakkam Police Station, Chennai, against her husband. A reading of the complaint shows that the petitioner got married on 03.09.2012 and they have no child. It is alleged by the petitioner that the marriage has not been consummated.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the petitioner is directed to approach the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station and lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint being filed, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
