ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15559 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16586 of 2024, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.15559 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16586 of 2024, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders is relaxed.
