O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the District Munsif Court, Harur, Dharmapuri District, in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.134 of 2012.

2.In the impugned order, the application filed by the petitioner seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the property has been dismissed by the Trial Court, on the ground that the said application has been filed belatedly. Admittedly, the application was filed by the petitioner during the stage of arguments in the main suit. Trial has already got over and at this stage, the application was filed by the petitioner. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. The petitioner ought to have been vigilant in prosecuting any application if so required, during the pendency of the suit.

Having filed the petition only in the arguments stage in the main suit, this Court is of the considered view that there is no infirmity in the observation made by the Trial Court in the impugned order that the application filed by the petitioner seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner has been filed belatedly. This Court does not find any merit in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
