This petition has been filed to invoke its inherent powers in favour of the petitioner and direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2016 against Mr.Kupparam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
