This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to learned the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri to furnish the certified copy of order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9725 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 and affidavit and petition in Crl.M.P.No.9725 of 2022 in pursuance to copy application made by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.0009725 of 2022 in G.No.333, dated 18.04.2023. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that he has no objection to give certified copy of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9725 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 and affidavit and petition in Crl.M.P.No.9725 of 2022.
