This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners and his family.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that on the complaint given by Mr.Govindaraj, the petitioners were called for enquiry and the petitioners were not harassed. He has also produced a copy of the complaint given by Mr.Govindaraj.

3. Perusal of the complaint given by Mr.Govindaraj does not disclose criminal offence and it only amounts to civil transaction and hence, the respondent is directed not to harass the petitioners on the complaint given by Mr.Govindaraj.
