J U D G M E N T

This suit has been filed to direct the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.2,63,33,200/- with subsequent interest at 18% for the principal sum of Rs.1,72,00,000/- from the date of plaint till date of plaint till the date of realization of the amount due to the plaintiff and for costs.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the suit has been settled out of Court and the proposed memo of compromise arrived between the parties dated 05.10.2023 has been filed before this Court. The parties have also signed in the above memo of compromise along with their counsel. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court and the registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Law to the plaintiffs. The proposed memo of compromise dated 05.10.2023 executed between the parties form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected applications are closed.
