consider the representation made on behalf of the petitioner by her father to the respondents 1 to 3, on 10.05.2023 under registered cover for issuance of offline "Relationship Certificate" to allow the petitioner to participate in the NEET-PG Counselling admission process, 2023 conducted under the aegis of fourth respondent viz., MCC (online portal), and dispose the same on merits, in accordance with law.

A direction is given to the second respondent / the Tashildar, Attur Taluk, Salem District, to examine the representation dated 10.05.2023 given by the father of the petitioner with respect to "Relationship Certificate" which would enable the petitioner to participate in the NEET-PG Counselling admission process 2023 which is conducted by the fourth respondent herein.

A direction is given to the second respondent to examine the representation and if required, issue notice to the farther of the petitioner herein and thereafter, issue such certificate. Such exercise should be completed on or before 31.05.2023.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
