This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR No. 201 of 2024 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioners' complaint dated 15.6.2024 has been taken on file in CSR No. 201/2024 and the same was enquired and closed.

4.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
