This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon the first respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.06.2014.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, though the petitioner sold the property, she was still in occupation, as she obtained time for vacating her premises till 05.06.2014. Nevertheless, on 03.06.2014, when she came to her house, to her shock, she found that her house was ransacked and demolished by the purchaser, and the purchaser had taken all the articles in the house, and therefore, the complaint was given. Though the complaint was taken on file, as on date, no further action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present Petition seeking for the relief, as stated above. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is seen from the sale deed, dated 19.05.2014, that possession was handed over to the purchaser on the date of execution of the sale deed. Hence, the petitioner has to necessarily workout her remedies only through Civil Court.
