By order dated 01.12.2020, W.P.No.18595 of 2011 was disposed of by recording the submission of the respondents thereto that the petitioner would not be dispossessed from the relevant property without following the applicable statutory procedure in such regard. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors has placed on record copies of notices, which are said to have been served on the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner asserts that such notices were not received by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the alleged 2/4

contemnors agrees to serve copies of the said notices on learned counsel for the contempt petitioner, who has been instructed to receive the same on behalf of the petitioner. Since the respondents have not taken steps to dispossess the petitioner without following the applicable statutory procedure, no act of contempt has been committed.
