Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the partial condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.29790/2018, dated 19.02.18 para no.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 22.03.2019.

2.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchengode, once in a Month on the first working day at 10.30am.
