The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.11/2013 dated 15.02.2013 on the file of the first respondent which was registered by the first respondent with arbitrary direction of the second respondent.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No. 203 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
