O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 01.07.2021 wherein the petitioner has sought for transfer of property tax assessment with respect to the subject property in her name. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner is under process and a decision will be conveyed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3.Taking into consideration the specific stand taken by the learned Standing Counsel, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to convey the decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
