Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thiruvaur. Hence, the Inspector of Police, Thiruvaur is directed to conduct an enquiry and register a case.

3. Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
