This petition is filed to condone the delay of 313 days in filing the Writ Appeal as against the order dated 20.04.2023 made in W.P.No.10629 of 2015.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 19.07.2024.
