O R D E R

The instant writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's Thuluva Vellalar Sangam for his property Tiruvannamalai District, Village No.53, Arni Town, Arunagirichattiram, T.S. No.31 in T.S.No.31/1 and T.S.No.31/2.

2. This case came up for hearing on 24.08.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, adjourned on 31.08.2018. On 31.08.2018 there was no sitting, the case was listed on 07.09.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the case is adjourned to 14.09.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Despite there is no appearance of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
