Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the second and third respondents.

2. This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleaders for the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 06.04.2022 of the petitioner and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

Before passing such order, appropriate notice may also be issued to the petitioner's sister-in-law at whose interest/behest O.S.No.79 of 2017 has been filed before the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, wherein, the will based on which, the petitioner claims to have mutated the records in 2015 has been questioned.
