ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29572 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29572 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024 is relaxed.
