C.M.P.No.12203 of 2021 in S.A.No.1539 of 2008 C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to bring the petitioners 3 to 6 as proposed parties as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant as the appellants 3 to 6 in the above second appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he has taken notice to the respondents to the last known address and the said notice was returned as 'insufficient address'.

Further, the Court notice was also returned as 'no residence'.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
