O R D E R

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already first respondent passed an order dated 09.07.2023 stating that the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent cannot be entertained under Section 77A of Registration Act, 1908. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
