4 A.Vellaiyan [ Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent through 2nd and 1st respondent for surveying petitioners land representation dated 04.02.2017 and 29.06.2017 in Survey No. 85/11 and 85/37 by meets and bounds and laying stone identifying and marking symbols in the land at Ananthal Patti Village Boothamangalam Madura Kilpennathur Taluk Thiruvannamalai District.

ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent for demarcating the lands in Survey No. 85/11 and 85/37 by meets and bounds and laying boundary stones at Ananthal Patti Village, Boothamangalam, Madura Kilpennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the representations dated 04.02.2017 and 29.06.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 04.02.2017 and 29.06.2017 and also paying the necessary charges for demarcating, the 3rd respondent has not demarcated the land so far.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations for demarcating and fixing the boundaries and pass orders in accordance with law, within a time frame, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.02.2017 and 29.06.2017 for demarcating and fixing the boundaries and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
