Based upon the possession and enjoyment of the land and superstructure, allegedly for a long number of years, situated in Door No.44, 24th Cross Street, V.S.N.Puram, Telugu Lane, Jothi Ammal Nagar, Phase - I, (Adhi Andhra Colony), T.P.Chathiram, Chennai - 600 030, the petitioner made a request for allotment and execution of Sale Deed with respect to the Plot No.102. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 14.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
