ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2020.

The petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2020 is to issue the death certificate of her husband. In the meanwhile, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchengode, in his proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.1695/2020/T, dated 28.10.2020, had directed the Registrar of Birth and Deaths (Vellur Town Panchayat) to issue the Death Certificate to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the Death Certificate itself was issued to the petitioner yesterday (i.e) 23.11.2020.
