This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.am., until further orders and the second petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5187 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5187 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
